The Timber Casket

We use only 4 components for construction

• Sustainably-grown timber
• Wooden dowel
• Jute webbing
• minimal amount of water-based, non-toxic glue.

Each casket is supplied with a bio-degradable cornstarch liner.

We do not use nails, screws, or plastics in manufacturing or assembly.

The caskets are presented with the timber in a natural finish with no paints, stains, or varnishes. This provides an excellent surface for personalising with poems, messages, art work, etc.

Handle with Care coffins are designed for simple self assembly. They arrive flat packed, making them economical to transport and easy to handle and store.
